A picnic at the park. Eden loved the playground and we loved the warm weather.
Making muffins. Notice Eden in her dress up! She loves to wear them ALL day and she also loves sitting on the bar and helping!
Making music.

Flying kites on a perfect windy day!
So I am finally getting around to catching up on my blog. I thought I would post some photos of the last few weeks (mostly of Paul and Eden) doing what we do best...hanging out! Paul continues to feel fairly good which has been a great blessing this last month. He is usually wiped out after a brief daily event or outing but even the little things make each day enjoyable. In between the stresses of our situation I am glad we have had the time to enjoy the simple things in life. Last Saturday we celebrated our 12 year anniversary. I cannot believe it! As we reflected on the past 12 years we questioned each other what our favorite years have been. I felt like the year we had Eden was pretty carefree with the exception of the adjustment to parenthood. He on the other hand thought that the current year was his favorite. I was shocked! I was thinking this was going to be the year we would rather forget but as we discussed it further he made some great points. It has been a wild ride but there have been moments that we will not forget and life lessons that some individuals never get the opportunity to learn and the love we have been so fortunate to feel from so many has been a sweet experience. So here is to the best and worst year of our life. I am earnestly hoping that this next year will be filled with great blessings and a wonderful outcome.

We also enjoyed the great weather at the park on Monday. I just love spring and the warm weather. It is so nice that Paul feels well enough to get out of the house and spend the day with you two. What a blessing. I was not able to go to the concert but have heard that it was truly amazing. I love the pictures of Eden on Easter too.
Those pictures are so cute! Paul is such a wonderful dad. And you are also an amazing mom.
I love your cute little family.. Eden seriously has the best personality! She is such a determined little one, I love it.. 12 years AMAZING... That is so great, You 2 have been through a lot the past 12 years.
We need to get together again. I love the pictures of you guys and how cute Paul is to endure every minute with his litte one.
Adorable pictures! In that kite flying picture, Eden looks so much like you, Lynnette! I am in awe of how Paul carries Eden around and plays with her so much... it must really be quite difficult for him. You guys are both awesome!

Such cute pictures of your family. Eden is so cute. She is getting so big. She looks like she really enjoyed easter. I love the dress up clothes. Gracie loves cute clothes she is so funny. She walks through stores like costco where the clothes are and just keeps saying over and over again..OH CUTe OH CUTE! It's so fun. She loves getting dressed and putting her shoes on. They are so fun aren't they. Love you guys. Say Hi to Paul!!
Remember being single? Isn't life so much better now. I don't care what anyone says, being married with kids is beyond amazing. Happy 12 years.
What darling, fun, carefree pictures. I love that Paul says this is his favorite year. That is good for me to hear too, in hard times to see the good. You guys are both such an inspiration to me. And I was so happy to see you at the Concert. I too, could feel so much love in that room, it was overwhelming and wonderful.
Hey Lynette. Glad to find your blog through Chanda's. Eden is getting so big. What a fun time. We tried flying kites the other day without much success as the wind would die down as soon as we would get it up. Just hangin out is fun, huh? One of the funnest things we do as a family is turn on the radio and dance in the family room on Saturday mornings. The kids crack us up with some of their moves.
I do to! THat was a great post - you guys make such a beautiful family! :)
