Paul and I had a conference to attend in California so we made a family trip out of it and of course made a stop at DISNEYLAND! Eden has not stopped talking about it since we have been back home. The weather was perfect and the crowds were dying down after the Spring break rush so the timing was perfect! Eden couldn't get enough of the rides. She is a roller coaster junkie just like her mama!!! Her favorite ride, Splash Mountain, was closed while we were there so Big Thunder Mountain became her new favorite for the trip. I think we rode it at least 20 times! This girl was spoiled rotten and managed to weasel us into buying her plenty of treats and souvenirs but truthfully... we feel like the spoiled ones to have her in our lives!!!

We made sure we had an appointment to have lunch with the princesses this time. It's a definite must when your little princess will soon quickly grow too old for the excitement and magic of the event! Instead of dressing as one of the princesses she chose to wear her shirt with all the princesses on it for the occasion. We got pictures and signatures from all of them and Eden thought it was pretty dang special!

Lots of characters, treats, magic, and thrills!!!

Midweek, we made a stop at the beach and we loved it so much that we ended up going back the next day. We all could not get enough of the beautiful weather, the sand, and the sea!

Getting ready to bury dad in the sand!!!

Aunt Bonnie came along with us and it was perfect! It was so much fun (and convenient) to have her there. At the end of the week Bonnie flew Eden back home and Paul and I stayed for the conference. What would we ever do without Eden's favorite aunt B???
Sandcastles...

Sea shells....

Running and playing in the sand!
Sure wish we could just live at the beach.
