Thanksgiving fun....we love cousins!

The Cardall family usually has their annual Thanksgiving dinner the Wednesday night before so nobody has an excuse for not coming! This was perfect for me this year since I was scheduled to work Thanksgiving day. I did miss my dad's dinner but Paul and Eden were able to go. The Smith family was in town and so all the cousins had a blast being together. We even went bowling before dinner.

Family gatherings are always such a break for me because Eden loves to play with her cousins and it gives me a little reprieve from the duty of "entertainer" so I can enjoy some great adult conversation! Since we have not been able to give Eden a sibling we feel so fortunate that she has such fun cousins to play with. She absolutely loves them.

David and Cheryl were not there for Thanksgiving but came a week later for David's work party. Garrett and Eden were two peas in a pod.....crazy, wild, and hilarious! It was fun to see them interact! Here is a photo of the two of them painting once they calmed down after some hard play together. We missed Brian's family at Thanksgiving but look forward to seeing them hopefully at Christmas.

Can you see the difference there between boys and girls? Eden is making nice, neat little circles and Garrett is making a big HUGE messy mess! It was so fun to be with you and see how much fun the two peas had together!
