With Summer coming to an end we can't thank all of you enough for the countless prayers and endless acts of kindness on our behalf. We are so fortunate to have family and friends to help us experience some joy in the journey.
Eden is beginning pre-school and looking forward to interacting with children her own age. Lynnette is busy dropping her off each week like a scene out of Mr. Mom where the parents are instructed "north to drop off, south to pick up." And like Mr. Mom I'm sure if I was dropping Eden off at school she would tell me, "Hey dad.. You're doing it wrong!"
I've been in the hospital receiving a tune up and feel like the transplant is coming. We thank the Lord each night for the blessing of new life He's sending our way. We are looking forward to the day I come home. In the meantime, we hold each other a little closer and enjoy all that we are blessed with.

Oh, the hospital routine...I'm sure you could use a few visitors. We'll come see ya! We pray daily for you. You're gonna get that heart soon, I know it!
Eden is so darling, you have some great pictures. Next summer will be even better than this one with you and your new heart!
I just read your entire blog in one sitting. I served with Cheryl in the mission field and have been following her blog and Paul's blog for awhile now. You have the cutest little family! You're in our prayers. :)
love all the pictures, so sad to see summer close since we really had not much of one. I cannot wait to hear how Eden likes preschool. Paul hang in there our prayers are with your family- all of your family.
Lynette, I just barely found out that Paul received his heart through Megan Young's Blog. Yeah!!! I am so excited for you guys. I read all of the updates on the medical blog and I am so glad all is well. I am praying for you!
